This free live music preview uses your email address to send sign-in codes. Your public display name appears with competition results and community contributions where the product shows an author.

We store account information, sign-in sessions, private account attendance you choose to import, prediction entries, scores, badges and setlist submissions. Sign-in services may record IP address and browser information for security. Browser-local attendance, drafts, chase lists and practice picks stay on your device unless a feature explicitly asks to copy them into your account.

The file importer reads ICS calendar exports and concert CSV or JSON files on your device. You review possible concerts and confirm attendance before selected concert records are sent to your private account. The source file, calendar descriptions, guest lists, email text and ticket codes are not included in that import. Public archive setlists can be linked to confirmed shows. When signed in, your statistics use attendance saved in your account and available setlists. You can optionally keep a separate copy on this device. When signed out, browser statistics use only this device’s history. Chase targets and dashboard settings remain on this device, separated by signed-in account.

If you use your own agent to prepare a file, its provider handles the sources you authorize under its own terms. The file path does not connect EventVault directly to those sources. A separate optional agent connection can prepare concert import drafts and save only the individual concert records you select and approve. Reading your existing private account attendance requires an additional permission. You can revoke a connection from your account. Public show and setlist reads require no connection.

Agent import drafts expire after 24 hours and are removed by the next scheduled cleanup. Saved import receipts are removed after 30 days; confirmed attendance remains until removed or the account is deleted. Connector-origin attendance is marked for service use only and excluded from unrelated advertising and model training. Revoking access stops future agent requests; it does not delete records already saved or copies the agent provider holds.

Cloudflare provides the application backend and database. Vercel hosts the website. GitHub stores encrypted scheduled recovery backups. Service providers may process data outside Canada, where it can be subject to the laws of the processing jurisdiction. Resend delivers sign-in email when the configured Resend service is used. We do not send your email or private attendance to setlist source websites.

Band requests, optional website links and notes are reviewed privately by the owner. They are not public votes or public contributions. We use them to decide which bands to consider for coverage. Request notes are removed when you delete your account. A band name and its inclusion decision can remain without your account attribution.

Pending corrections are visible to their author and moderators. Approved setlist content is public. Competition picks stay private until the entry deadline, according to the competition display rules. Do not put private information in a correction explanation or public contribution.

Account deletion removes account records, account attendance, sessions, prediction entries, scores, badges and private submissions. Public setlist facts may remain without your account attribution. Account deletion does not clear browser-local records. Private operational backups can contain earlier account records until those backups are replaced or removed; scheduled encrypted GitHub recovery artifacts are configured to expire after 30 days. Earlier manual recovery exports are stored separately and require manual removal; the scheduled artifact policy does not remove those copies.

No advertising network or paid subscription is active in the beta. We use Vercel Web Analytics for cookie-free visitor and page-view statistics. Page URLs sent to analytics exclude query strings and fragments. We also count broad feature views and completed sign-ins, concert saves, history imports and prediction submissions in our own database. These counts contain no search text, song picks, imported file contents or email addresses. For signed-in use, we retain the account identifier and active calendar day for up to 90 days to measure returning accounts. Account deletion removes those activity rows. Daily aggregate counts and activity rows older than 90 days are removed on the next activity cleanup. The owner account is excluded from our feature counts. We respect the browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by disabling this browser analytics collection. Anonymous visitors are not tracked across days.
