Rainbow Body, a six-member side project that includes Goose guitarist Rick Mitarotonda, releases its debut album digitally on Friday, October 23. The band’s album pre-save page confirms the release date.

The album lineup is Mitarotonda, Eric Krasno, Taylor and Griffin Goldsmith of Dawes, Ross James and Adam MacDougall, with guest appearances from Oteil Burbridge and Nicki Bluhm.

That night, Rainbow Body plays its first live show at the Irvine Bowl in Laguna Beach, California, as part of the Coast Film & Music Festival and its Concerts in the Canyon series. The festival says Bluhm will join the band onstage.
